In this sequel to the 1959 movie "The Shaggy Dog," Wilby Daniels (Dean Jones) is now a successful lawyer running for the office of District Attorney against the corrupt Jack Slade (Keenan Wynn). But the Borgia ring that cursed him with turning into a sheepdog gets loose again, and soon he finds himself having to dodge the dogcatchers all over again. It's up to his wife Betty (Suzanne Pleshette) and friend Tim (Tim Conway) to get the ring back before Slade uses it to put a stop to Wilby's campaign.
