| Three American college graduates, Ed (Brian Presley), Phil (Rider Strong) and Henry (Jake Muxworthy) begin a Mexican journey in search of booze and easy sex. In Manzinita someone else is looking for satisfaction, too. A mysterious cult kidnapped, tortured and killed several locals. However, the members of the cult are not too happy about the torture resilience of local population: to make their ritual more powerful they need people who howl and cry and beg for death while being tortured. The three young Americans have a night out with some Mexican girls, Lupe (Francesca Guillén) and Valeria (Martha Higareda), but when the frenzy is over, Henry and Ed discover that Phil disappeared. No one is willing to help, neither the terrified locals, nor the police. Ulisis (Damian Alcazar), a former cop obsessed by the death of his partner, will help them in the search of their friend and in the manhunt for Santillan (Beto Cuevas) the mean local drug lord and head of the cult. |
